What is the precision aluminum extrusion tolerance?

1. Precision aluminum extrusion tolerance:

The minimum wall thickness of profile is only 0.4mm, and the tolerance requirement is ±0.04mm.This extrusion technique is often referred to as precision aluminum extrusion.

The tolerance of some small precision aluminum profiles is more than half of that of the JIS standard special grade, and the tolerance of general precision aluminum profiles is between ±0.04 ~ ±0.07mm.

The minimum wall thickness of A1050, A1100, A3003, A6061, A6063(low and medium strength alloy) small precision extruded profiles is 0.5mm, the minimum fracture area is 20mm2. The minimum wall thickness of A5083, A2024, A7075 (medium and high strength aluminum alloy) small precision extruded profiles is 0.9mm, the minimum fracture area is 110mm2.

2. Technical requirements for precision aluminum extrusion
